Thank you for choosing Otto Resumes! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Otto Resumes provides professional resume writing, cover letter creation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and related services. All services are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.
2. Payment Terms
Payment for all services must be made in full prior to the commencement of work, unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept payments via PayPal and other methods, as specified at the time of order.
Payments are non-refundable unless specified in our refund policy.
Additional fees may apply for rush orders or revisions beyond the initial scope of work.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds are offered. At Otto Resumes, we are committed to working with you until you are completely satisfied with your finalized documents. We will collaborate with you through revisions to ensure the end result meets your expectations.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the consultation process.
It is your responsibility to ensure all documents provided to us are accurate and up-to-date.
Failure to provide necessary information may delay the completion of your project.
By purchasing our services, clients agree to actively participate in the resume writing process by providing timely information, feedback, and collaboration as needed. Due to the time and resources invested from the onset, once work has commenced, projects that are abandoned or discontinued by the client are not eligible for a refund.
5. Confidentiality
All personal and professional information shared with Otto Resumes will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
We may use anonymized feedback or testimonials for promotional purposes, with your prior consent.
6. Revisions
We offer a set number of revisions as part of the service package. Revisions beyond this limit may incur additional fees.
Revisions are based on client feedback and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the final draft.
7. Delivery Timeline
We aim to complete projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
If you require rush services, additional fees may apply.
8. Ownership of Content
Once payment is completed, the intellectual property rights of the final deliverables (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, etc.) are transferred to the client.
9. Limitation of Liability
Otto Resumes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee job placement or career advancement as a result of our services, but we aim to provide the highest quality content to support your professional goals.
10. Amendments
Otto Resumes reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through email or our website.
11. Governing Law

Resume Ready+ Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to the Resume Ready+ service provided by Otto Resumes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Resume Ready+ is exclusively available to clients who have completed a full resume revamp with Otto Resumes.
This service is designed to provide tailored resume updates based on specific job descriptions.
2. Service Overview
Tier 1: On-Demand Advantage
Includes 1 tailored resume per month.
48-hour turnaround from the time the job description is provided.
Month-to-month: $249 per month.
3-month commitment: $199 per month.
Tier 2: Career Accelerator
Includes up to 4 tailored resumes per month.
48-hour turnaround from the time the job description is provided.
Month-to-month: $499 per month.
3-month commitment: $399 per month.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
12-month contracts are billed monthly for the duration of the term.
4. Service Delivery
Turnaround time is 2 business days (48 hours) from receipt of the job description.
Resumes will be delivered in the same format as the original revamp.
5. Unused Requests
Unused resume requests do not roll over to the following month.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Month-to-month plans can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.
3-month contracts cannot be canceled before the term ends. No refunds will be issued for early cancellation.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate job descriptions for each tailored resume request.
Otto Resumes is not responsible for the outcome of job applications.
8. Modifications to Service
Otto Resumes reserves the right to update service terms, pricing, or offerings with prior notice to subscribers.
