IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTICE

Email Impersonation Warning

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Otto Resumes has been made aware of unauthorized individuals impersonating our company and Rike Ward, our Head of Projects, in emails sent to job seekers. These communications were not sent or authorized by Otto Resumes. The individuals involved are not affiliated with our company.

How the Scam Works

The individuals may pose as independent recruiters and contact job seekers about purported employment opportunities. They then introduce the recipient to someone falsely claiming to be Rike Ward or a representative of Otto Resumes.

The impersonator may claim to have reviewed the recipient’s résumé, recommend career documents, offer fraudulent service packages, or request payment. The messages may appear professional and can include information copied from the Otto Resumes website.

Known Fraudulent Email Addresses

The current impersonation campaign has used the following email addresses:

We have also seen messages sent under the name Kimberly Sanchez, claiming to be an independent recruitment consultant. Otto Resumes has no affiliation with these email addresses, the elitehire-agency.com domain, or the individuals using them. This list may not be complete, as scammers can create additional addresses.

How to Verify an Email From Otto Resumes

Our primary email address is:

info@ottoresumes.com

Our official website is:

www.ottoresumes.com

Otto Resumes does not authorize third-party recruiters or independent recruitment consultants to sell our services, issue invoices, or collect payments on our behalf.

A display name such as “Otto Resumes” or “Rike Ward” does not confirm that an email is legitimate. Always check the complete sender address before responding, sharing documents, or making a payment.

If you are ever uncertain about a communication, do not use the contact information or links contained in the suspicious message. Instead, type www.ottoresumes.com directly into your browser and contact us through our website or at info@ottoresumes.com.
